FOR PARENTS: ISSUES CHILDREN FACE
For parents: Issues children face
Experts in child care and education will address parents on a range of topical issues in a week-long series of talks in Gladesville during the school holidays.
Part of July 4 to 11 ‘Good News Week’ activities at Christ Church Gladesville, the talks deal with issues including sex, drugs, bullying and the internet.
Among the speakers are a primary school principal and a primary teacher, a registered psychologist and school counsellor, a clinical psychologist and an executive in the IT industry.
Talks run from 9.30 till noon each day at a cafe inside the church, coinciding with organised activities for children elsewhere in the church grounds.
