SCHOOL HEAD SAYS FAREWELL
School head says farewell
Past and present students of Boronia Park Public School came together on July 1 to farewell principal of 15 years, Marilyn Torr (pictured above with president of the School Association Kate Murphy).
At the afternoon tea, organised by the School Association, Ms Torr was treated to an array of presentations from kindergarten performances, to speeches from past students.
According to Ms Murphy, Ms Torr oversaw the development of a strong school community.
“Miss Torr has been the driving force behind the “spirit of Boronia” that makes our school such a great place to be associated with,” Ms Murphy said.
