29 July 2010 MOOCOOBOOLA FESTIVAL
All roads lead to Boronia Park this Sunday for the 31st annual Hunters Hill Moocooboola Festival which kicks off with the Grand Parade at 9.30am.
Non-stop entertainment will be presented from three stages with jazz, rock and dancing and guest artists including ABBA tribute band Abbalanche.
Grand Parade starts at the corner of Princes and Farnell Streets at 9.30am and proceeds along Ryde Road to Boronia Park number one oval for judging of parade entries and the official opening.
All three ovals will be used with carnival rides, a circus playground, pony rides, an animal farm and face painting competitions with car parking on number three oval.
Over 200 stalls will provide a wide variety of goods and services and a large range of exotic, basic and specialty foods along with wine and beer stalls.
The festival can be reached by bus or ferry and there will be a free continuous local bus service to Boronia Park and return.
