Public walking trails and maps

In June 2004 the local community, in association with Hunter’s Hill Council, developed a series of 16 interlinked walks which highlight the area’s history and heritage. In June 2009 the ‘Walks in Hunters Hill’ Map was updated and reprinted.

Download the maps here or hardcopies of the maps are available from the Council offices at 22 Alexandra Street, Hunter’s Hill and from the Gladesville Library at 6 Pittwater Road, Gladesville.

COCKATOO ISLAND WALK

SEVEN BRIDGES WALK
The Inaugural 7 Bridges Walk took place on Sunday, 29 October 2006. This annual walk is a major event and traverses the 7 bridges between the City and Hunters Hill. In places it takes a different route to the Harbour Circle Walk because of the number of entrants. Click here for more information.

NOTE that you can walk as little or as far as you like on the above walks. Please take appropriate care for your own safety.
